Why we collect this information
We use this information to:
- manage the first Coffee Discovery Tasting list
- understand interest in small-group and private tastings
- contact you about tasting dates, availability, and practical updates
- avoid duplicate waitlist entries
- improve the first tasting experience based on demand and preferences
We do not currently use this information for automated newsletters, advertising targeting, or ecommerce.

We process your waitlist information based on your consent when you choose to join the list.

Where the data is stored
Waitlist information is stored in a Supabase database used for this MVP.
The website is hosted on Vercel. Like most web hosts, Vercel may process limited technical information needed to serve and secure the website.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data.
We use service providers to operate the website and waitlist, including:
- Vercel, for website hosting
- Supabase, for waitlist data storage
These providers process data only as needed to provide their services.
How long we keep the data
We keep waitlist information only as long as needed to manage the first tasting list, communicate about tasting opportunities, and understand early interest in the project.
If you ask to be removed from the list, we will delete your waitlist entry unless we need to keep limited information for legitimate administrative or legal reasons.
